Hi

When my grandmother died, she said she didn't have any living relatives, so asked a friends sons to execute her will. Apparently the file on my grandmother is in a solicitors office. As my father and his family are in fact the only surviving relatives of my grandmother, shouldn't we automatically be passed the file?

Does anyone out there know please? When my son goes back to school, I will go to the CAB and ask, I just wondered whether anyone has knowledge of this?
