Briefly, you can't.
You can do part duplications, and then put a note in the "notes" box giving a cross reference.
I have this problem in spades in my tree. Three brothers married three sisters. Somebody probably wrote a musical about it!

I have just discovered 2 branches of my tree are related (male ancestor married his aunt's granddaughter, he was 59 and she was 30). How do I join these branches without duplicating the families?
