Has anyone had acupuncture for severe vertigo? Did it help?

I have not needed acupuncture my self but have read articles in my nursing magazines before I retired and the general opinion seems to be that it works very well for some, much the same as the medication available.

Good luck

I've not had it for vertigo, but have had it for several other problems, and would thoroughly recommend trying it. It may need more than 1 session. It does NOT hurt, unless you're an absolute woose, but is very relaxing.

My husband has also benefited from acupuncture. I've just run downstaairs and crawled back up, puffpuff, and he says it is certainly worth a try. And he has to be dragged to try anything new.

It shouldn't be expensive. We pay about £30 for a session, to a private acupuncturist. (not in London) I will have to send a pm to tell you of the other more expensive way.

Good luck any way
