The original is a bit more informative:

Rosa Wilkinson Head (Miss) [written in the old fashioned way, well out of date by 1911: ie Miß ] . About 60 . Never married Thank God! . None --------------- [i.e. occupation] . [place of birth] Red Hill Surrey.

The house has four rooms: one guesses she had private money.

Should be possible given the approximate age, and POB, to trace her back through the other censuses!

She lives next door to a professional footballer.

I found when looking for someone else with the surname Wilkinson.
