help need please - nit/lice treatment

When I had headlice I smothered my hair in conditioner, left it overnight and combed through with a nit comb next morning before washing it. |

My daughter uses a tea tree shampoo ( it's just a cheap one from Tesco) as a deterrent & hasn't had any for a long time now. |

Get a REALLY fine comb (metal) and lots of conditioner. You don't need to leave it in, just carefully comb through hair making sure you comb ALL directions possible. Easier if someone does you obviously. |

When my kids were small ( Teenagers now) I remember using conditioner as the treatments that were available then were useless. |

Rather than all these "old wives remedies" why not call in at your local pharmacy and ask them what they recommend. After all, that is what they are there for.....! |
