Hi all -just had this message come through -has anyone else had anything similar.

Anyone think it's genuine or or am I going to be asked for a load of money for something that doesn't exist...

Hi, sorry to bother you. I have just purchased a bible and it has a small family tree inside. Based on the Round Family in Dudley.

It shows Benjamin Round in 1824 and his wife Sarah who were married in 1848. It then shows 10 other ROUND names and the marriage date of Rachel ROUND. first date mentioned 1824 last entry 1866.

As i am very keen on genealogy and ive been researching for 20 years i know how important information can be. BEFORE i sell the bible i was wondering if you would like the information?

why not answer them?
if its by a PM you have nothing to lose......

if the circumstances match yours it might be worth an enquiry or two,
I would!!

you can always ask for a scan of some of the entries??

It's genuine and the bible is now on ebay 'showing the tree'
