50 pound back from there gas and electric supplier and has not had it yet

Joan i think its with southern electric, they have told my mum to only put little amounts on her keys and in january of this year she was supposed to get new keys with 50 pound on both.
jimmy were with n power we get 47 pound back every 3 months good while it lasts x
