Oh, I see what you mean Huia, I hadn't notice that bit........ so many changes to take in.

That does make it harder to see if anything new has been added.

But I like to read some threads without adding, Pauline, and if I havent added I cant remember when I last looked or who added last. Previously if I had looked in without adding it would then show the 'no new threads' icon beside it on the index page, so I would know that nobody had added since I had last looked at it.

Under the time of the last post is the name of the person who submitted the last post....... no need to open the thread - just look to see if it's your own name. :-)

Yes, I agree that if I am the last person then there are no new posts, but if I have merely looked and not added I will waste time looking again if it has the 'New post' icon beside it, unless I can remember the times I looked at all the posts. :-( I dont know if my memory is all that good.

I noticed that, but, I suppose, if you are the last person to add to the thread, then there are no new posts. I think. :S

The icons by topics are no longer correct. Previously if I added to a thread or merely looked at it I would be shown 'no new posts' when I went back to the 'index' for that board, unless somebody else had added after me or after I had looked at it. Now, they are showing 'new post' even when I was the last one to add.
