Or I'm being well chuffed wi' me sen !

I never was really content with where we moved to and we can't get a sensible answer about renewing our lease. Mind the agent reckons thats just the owner and she will renew ....

but piddle that thought I (in my high handed manner) So I said to OH time to look for something else and there is just the thing on the next calle back , it used to be out on a long let as R&P lived there and I'm sure it's only 1 bedroom but even 2 we could do what we do here.

So we phoned up and toddled round to see it.....Oh ideal 1 large bedroom (more wardrobe space for me) a bathroom with a 3/4bath and bidet...now I'd rather had a full bath and wash me b*m in that but hey ho. a better working area for the kitchen (not great but better) and loose furniture to the lounge area .. A shed twice the size we have here admittedly with a few bits we wouldn't want and a garden area that even with my fumbling fingers could look okay. There is also a gazebo attached by the door and outside lighting.
I say ideal for renting to us it is but there were a few dodgy bits.. The main one being that the front window has been blocked off and that is absolutely no good to some one like me who has to have her nets to peek out of ....not that I'm nosy just need to see what my mutts can see.

Still it was good so we went back to C who is the sister in law and said the window is a deal breaker we want to put it back to how is was especially as the frame is still there. ..We also want the shed empty for our use and we want it at x price not z as that is what we are paying now.
Also good for both of us they have a let in August and we will see our lease out here until the end of August but ...BUT we want to be able to alter that window before-hand ...We also want to be able to put up shelves for our books, pictures on the wall and make it a home for us.

So C went off and spoke to sis and we waited and waited and waited until I got bored and said to OH phone her, I said more words than that but compacting it down and removing language unfit for other ears that is what it boiled down to. So OH did (awwww)
C said oh sugar I forgot to e-mail you but yes that is all okay

and the man from Delmonte he said YESSSSSSS

So I move again on the 1st September and unlike last time I am packing already ! *grins* (I haven't fully unpacked)

Thanks Ginnie ..unlike the last move I really do want to move this time. I hate to think that I may have upset the last move but I never wanted it and I have never been settled here,..as is OH wants to move also !

Great thing it's only a street (calle) away so lots of things.,.like plants, will be round there earlier.
I have such a different vibe about this move ..mind I haven't told the agents I'm going yet !

Well you are a glutton for punishment, moving again so soon Uzzi, but I guess if you aren't happy where you are, this new place will be much nicer for you and away from those awful neighbours????

Just as well you didn't fully unpack yet, hope you will be settled by Christmas lol

The new home sounds lovely, and with your negotiating skills you should start an estate agents.

lol Liz yes I am a sucker but this move will be easier ...
I'm not sure of all the neighbours yet to the left are english and only there part of the year they are on the end ..to the right for 2 doors are rental vans C owns them, so neighbours will come and go there. Opposite are Spanish I think part time as I haven't seen a great deal of them, there is a fulltime grumpy one who may complain about the dogs barking which could be a problem, but all the parcelas opposite are high fenced and seem to keep to themselves.
We've already arranged for somebody to see about putting the window back to original and also covering the gazebo so that it stays dry under it. The window needs to be done by the end of June as my workeman is in the UK for july and august and I want it done before I move the mutts in.

lol@SueMaid my neighbours might actually agree with you as I think they have their eye on this van for one of their own :S
Mind somebody will be cussing for not making up her mind about renewing this lease in time :-)
