My daughter (a poor student) has just had an e. mail saying she has tried to access her account with Lloyd TSB a few times and if it happens again they will deactivate her account! odd as she doesn't have an account with this bank. :S Anyone else had this message or similar?

They look like official letters but are scams, just delete them, take no notice.

Thanks PigletsPal, and Lindsey* for your quick response, PigletsPal, she already opened the e-mail, but not the follow up instructions, I'll get her to contact Lloyds TSB,
Thanks again for your advice.
