Follow the "Rule of G" count. A Great Aunt or G-Uncle is sister or brother of your Grandfather. (People who share a Grandparent are first cousins, 1 G in Grandfather, OK?). But, in this case, you and she share a Great-Grandparent ('2 G' s... ) so you and she are second cousins. And so on.

If there is a generation difference, such that one of you is three G s away from your common ancestor, then that is 'one removed'

I have been searching for my great aunt, and been lucky to find someone who is her grand-daughter. What does that make her to me or me to her?????
