I've passed that on to my mum, who is nearly 81 and has a broken leg (it's well on the mend now) ... and a left shoulder so damaged from a bicycle accident 40 years ago she can't lift her arm to shoulder height ... and a right biceps muscle that she has in some unknown way torn and that has been making that arm useless ... |
