TBH I think if William & Harry don't feel the need to pursue any more conspiracy theories regarding their mother, then what business is it for others to do so. :-(

Also the driver was 'under the influence'.

It's one of those deaths that will never 'go away' - there are always conspiracy theories, as with Marilyn Monroe, Kennedy etc. No I won't watch the film, even if it is released here. I think the conspiracy theories are, at best, pathetic and, at worst, psychotic. Diana died because she was in a high- speed car crash and wasn't wearing a seat belt. End of.

why ban the photo's? of a woman dying from internal bleeding? ... beats me... but then I think dying, even for a Royal, is a private thing not for the 'entertainment' or morbid curiosity of the masses.

Won't be watching, I believe mistakes may have been made, even some details that MAY have been 'altered to fit'., but I don't buy the conspiracy theories ( or theorists, most of whom seem to have a screw loose from what I've just been reading on one site...Illuminati, satanic rituals blah blah lol)

It was an accident, Diana died of internal bleeding sadly, and I imagine the delay in getting her to hospital was due to them trying to stabilise her before moving.

Besides.... William and Harry are intelligent young men, they have heard every theory....if there was even the 'chance' that it was anything other than an accident I am sure both of them would have moved heaven and earth to get the truth, unless one accepts they are now part of some conspiracy...which I don't :-)

I have always had an open mind about events surrounding the tragedy - if all things are to be taken into account then some things certainly don't add up.

I even saw an article in a newspaper this week that reported that the blood tests were not from Diana at all.

I would watch the film as I would be interested to hear further re the debate and, if as some say, Diana seemed relatively uninjured and lucid then why ban the photos?

- spokesman for Al Fayed, who also features in the movie, said: "He was not aware that any photograph taken of any occupant of the car was going to be in this film. He is appalled by that and will be taking all necessary steps to make sure it is not in the film."

I like Keith Allen as an actor but am surprised that he has made this film which, although only from hearsay, shows photos of the late Princess of Wales lying fatally injured in the car, the same ones that were shown and then banned soon after her tragic death.

Yes, I am appalled, too.

R.I. P. Diana.

I'll watch it if I get the chance to. I have a completely open mind and am happy to hear any opinion regarding the case....Keith Allan who is responsible for making the documentary... said in an interview that the footage of Diana at the scene shows that she was lucid and didn't look to be in any way on the verge of death ....hope that's the case as I don't particularly WANT or NEED to see it if it's not necessary to the point he's trying to make in the film x

ChrisofWessex

ChrisofWessex Report 14 May 2011 10:16

According to Mr Allan he is investigating as to why Diana was at one stage lying in the road and then in the ambulance for over 1 1/2 hours whilst the nearest hospital was 2 miles away and argues she could have been saved.

However I shall not be watching it and it did cross my mind re the timing of the release.

Well let's face it - Marilyn Monroe's death is still discussed and that was a looong time ago. I guess as long as people want to know read about it and are happy to watch the movies and documentaries they'll keep churning it out. I just feel so much for her sons.

I suppose she really is dead. Now there is a concept to conjure with.

Matthew - I've been reading about a movie that has been banned in Britain but shown in Europe. It apparently shows Diana dying in the back of the car. Just about the lowest of the low in my opinion. I hope it isn't shown in Australia because I sure won't be watching it. Who would?

SueMaid

Is this the film that shows footage of poor Diana dying? I'm disgusted - the more so that it's been released around the time of William's marriage.

MaccollFan1 Report 14 May 2011 09:33

Am appalled to read that Keith Allen has made a new film which is further stirring up the conspiracy theories about Princess Diana's death. Surprisingly it was funded by Mohammed Al Fayed.

An official verdict has now been reached, and I wish people would just let the poor woman rest in peace, for her sake and for her sons.

Anyone else feel like this?
