Anyone remember seeing this drama starring Victoria Wood about Nella Last and her war diary.

For anyone who likes an interesting read have just read her books relating to her scribblings during the war and afterwards.

Just google Nella Last.......they really are a good read especially for the more mature members of this forum.....coughs & splutters!!

You should get the books from your local library ladies....a real insight into Nellas life with her sons, husband ,friends ,neighbours and work relationships..........a real eyeopener into the world of a 30's/40's/50's housewife.
