Hi,
Has any one ever had a job as a mystery shopper?

There seems to be so many, can you trust any of them?

Please let me know. Helen.

Son used to do it quite alot.

One of his jobs was to assess services/ food etc on cross-Channel trips ( we are near the south coast)
He quite enjoyed the experience, but did run into a security problem on one journey, as the alert staff had noticed he was making rather alot of trips within a short time scale and never seemed to have much luggage.... Soon sorted out when he asked to speak to senior staff.

No idea who he worked for, but as it was quite often, I guess he thought they were a reasonable firm.

Hi Helen,

Have done so for many years.
There are many good Companies and some not so good.
NEVER pay to join an organisation who promises to give you work or to train you.
You really have to work for several Companies to get a reasonable amount of work.

Have you tried Market Research?

There is a mystery shoppers forum which OH uses. I did mystery shop for many years but don't do it much now.

We both were market researchers too but the shape of the industry has changed drastically over the past few years with the advent of the internet and I am actually not sorry at all to be off the knocker.

We have had some very good meals and stayed in hotels over the years and Mr Jammy even flew to Venice for the day.He would wouldn't he?!
