I am interested in networking to share ideas, articles, fillers, graphics etcetera for mutual benefit. Please PM me with your email address if this is of interest.

Hi Cynthia, yes you did and thank you again.

What I am still hoping is that someone who is a church magazine editor, who is like-minded and shares my view that there is potential for cooperation for mutual benefit, will contact me.

Hello Edward I have contacted someone who I think is just the person you are looking for, he is on GR and I have told him to have a look at your Thread.

I'm no use to you either, but when I read your post I thought of the longstanding magazine of my ex-church, the United Church of Canada: The Observer. Thought you might be interested. (I still have fond thoughts and considerable respect for the UCC, which does good works.)

The Observer is the one last listed, the most general publication. Reading up, I see it is now independent of the church, so not its "official" organ anymore, which gives it more editorial freedom.

Apparently the reactionary right wing of the (progressive / liberal) UCC also has its own magazine, associated with what I see is an organized right wing within the church that I wasn't aware of:

I always find it interesting to see how other people do stuff, so there you go, in case it's of interest.
