	The birth certificate in their original birth name will be amended to include the word---Adopted,,,,,,,,,England.Wales Scotland NI,other countires may hold thier own way of recording this seperatly........their birth is required by law to be registered.. :-) so to buy their B/C will be needed ,but their birth entry may show this is likley if it has been amended.......not all show this......
