Went on itvplayer last night, and Scott and Bailey was on.

Just tried Scott and Bailey again, same words "Loading...." So hopefully it will be repeated again, though I haven't found it in our cheapie TV guide.

Nickydownsouth -many thanks. I must go further into this - back in analogue days you couldn't record subtitles so I mentally wrote that idea off - I think the new TV I've just got has the capacity to add a freeview recorder, must find the handbook!

Have you tried a freeveiw recordable player or Sky?...... On both of those you can get the subtitles on recorded programmes when you watch them, even though the sub titles wern`t switched on at time of recording.

i know this as we watch a lot of programmes with sub titles as my youngest daughter is Deaf.

not Angelsong's problem - but my gripe with ITV1 lplayer is that they don't do subtitles - except for Coronation Street and Emmerdale! very frustrating for the very deaf like me. Missed the last episode of Vera.

I think thats what the problem is.... Angel song is trying to watch it on iplayer but it won`t load.......which is why i suggested it may be shown again on ITV1 or ITV2 .....

Hi Nicky
Can you watch it on iplayer? I've never tried it yet but you might be able to get it.
The write up in Radio Times was interesting, and it is created by an actual long serving Female police officer not a crime writer. It was different to the usual stuff and even my OH said it was good. Praise indeed!

I`d check your programme guide....you may find its going to be shown again on itv1 or itv2..

It was very good...I think Suranne Jones is a brilliant actress and has played some really good roles since leaving Coronation Street..

Don't think it has, Sue. It is a very bog standard set.

I'm getting the same thing - Loading ...please wait.

However I did see it last night and it is worth watching so I hope you can get it at some point.

Last night we intended watching the new detective play, Scott and Bailey, with Suranne Jones and Lesley Sharp. Just before nine pm, the phone rang, visitors arrived unexpectedly, and we missed most of the programme.

So, late evening, we put ITV player on, only to find that the programme will not load up, and the same applies this morning.

Anyone else had the same problem?
