Why i find Difficult to find Some documents frm Ireland ? like Births, Marriages, death, Census, Passenger lists etc. isnt shown on ancestry?

If you are looking for Southern Ireland the 1901 and 1911 census are free on

you won't find earlier census as only some parts remain, what these are is detailed
