Finding a death certificate

Suggest you do a google search using his full name asit looks as though he went to Norway

Your local records office will have death details for all over the country up to 6 months ago!!!
To join, I think you will need a utility bill and passport/driving licence.

Some things are found outside the internet!! LOL

Mind you, if you don't live in the country where he died, it's a bit more difficult.

Hi Shelia,
There is nothing online to consult beyond 2006 which Findmypast site have that year.

If he had an obituray in a newspaper local to where he lived thats an option.....

Hi I have been looking for my husbands father Marcus Joseph Hardy born 4 February 1925 in West Ham, London. His mother was Emily Jessop. I have managed to trace and contact a nephew who has informed us that he had lost contact with Marcus (also known as Mark) but he was aware that he had passed away in the autumn of 2008. Can anyone tell me how I can start to look for the death certificate or details relating to his death as these records only go up to 2005. Thanks. Sheila
