Any one on here had them.about 6months ago I was in TK Max with my daughter when she found a pair of Gola toners for just £5. I have worn them and they are great for tummy muscles bum, knee joints and have even worked on my varicose veins, my circulation in my legs is better.I decided to look at the MBT trainers the price of them is silly new and I worked on the theory that people with silly money would buy them and because it takes a while to get used to the new way of walking would give up and put them on Ebay. I was right. Last week after watching and rejecting the ones that were too pricey, I managed to get a pair in pristene condition for just £15 plus postage. If you've ever walked barefoot on the beach that is the way they make you walk. No screwed up toes.Elaine. ;-)

I have often wondered what they were like to walk in, but as you say they cost so much money so never bothered to buy. I think I will try ebay , they may be good for my bad back. Thanks for that FD. :-D

Just be aware that they get muscles working that havn't worked for years so you will ache at first. Mine are screaming because of all the gardening I have done this week. My OH chops down trees ect and leaves me to clear, also I was mowing a very long stretch of what used to be lawn and turned awkwardly felt it then and am feeling it now. I will survive though. back to the trainers wear them for a short while and gradually build up, just as you would do if you were going to run a marathon (chance would be a fine thing my running days are over) I certainly walk more upright and my tummy feels less saggy, I will have to wait and see if I lose weight with them but if they tighten all the saggy bits I will be happy. Elaine. :-D

Hope the injuries get better soon Elaine.

Sis in law has had a pair of those trainers for several years. She encouraged me to try them on when they were new. 2 steps and my back (have problems with it) really 'pulled' so off they came pdq. She wears them when out in casual gear, but they don't seem to be helping with the weight loss.

I think this is why they are on ebay detective, Obviously when retraining muscles it hurts, but remember the muscles that support your back will be stregnthened and your posture will improve, taking the strain off your joints and spine. Of course you must decide and when you have pain anyway automatically you put off having more even though in the long run it may help. Hope the back improves love. Elaine. :-)
