is rhubarb suitable for freezing?

thanks ladies.so glad i will be able to freeze it, as we all absolutley just love rhubarb crumble and didnt want to eat it all at once. |

i grow my own and then freeze it,it will last at least 12months in the freezer ,x |

Yes, I just chop and bag it into suitable amounts for crumble etc. |

Does anyone know if you can freeze rhubard raw cut into small cubes? or will it be tasteless when it defrosts? i know that strawberries dont freeze well but have been given a lot of rhubarb and wanted to keep some for another time. |
