I'm having massive trouble with this application. I started off using Safari. It was fine for the first week or so. Then the problems started - logging me out, freezes, errors, pages not found, site under maintenance, etc. So switched to Firefox - OK for a day or two and then same problems. This has been going on for a couple of weeks for me now. This is totally unacceptable to charge up front for 12 months and deliver this shoddy application. I have reported this and have been told they are 'aware' |

I can't get to my family tree either - since the day before yesterday. It is getting beyond a joke as there apperars to be no official announcement about this outrage. |

Similar for me, but just the last 15 hours or so. However over 1500 names have been added to trees in the last hour acc to the home page so I am sure it is a problem being sorted :-). |
