I recently had my laptrop serviced at PC World/ Currys and ever since when clicking on Internet Explorer up comes Know How and when I try to get on Genes or anything else for that matter I have to use the htt/ww connection. Anyone Know How to get rid of them? Pardon the pun, if so I'd be grateful. |

Thanks Kay??? I telephone them at Know How and was talked through to getting back on to Google with whom I originally started. Only been on the net since 2007 and at 78 still get a bit confused when anything changes. |
