Thanks all, I can't say I feel human yet but I did manage 3 hours sleep on and off and have got dressed lol.

I think I must get a small amount of alchohol in for future
need ;-) and thanks Chris, I shall also get some brown sugar. My mum used to boil an onion in milk and then drink it and eat the onion...but I can't bring myself to do that!
