Help!!! I am having difficulty in updating my profile, When I attempt to add a photo, all I get is a window which only shows the photo's file name (the photo is about 42 KB, so is this too big?), I have tried enlarging the window, but all this does is make it bigger without affecting the photo area. |

I, too, had a problem with changing my profile picture and sent an email to [email protected]. |

Thanks Joy, I'll try that. Until I can use a photo there does not seem much point in updating the profile. |
