Hi,Cris, Try clicking on view discarded hot matches at the bottom of the hot matcheslist. This worked for me. Griz. :-S |

The technical team is working on implementing a solution, so I was told after I reported the non-functioning of hot matches to [email protected]. So there is nothing we can do, not view nor discard them, until that happens. But I think it would be helpful if all that are experiencing this issue send an email reporting it to [email protected]. |

Hello, wondering if anyone can help, I have recently added a lot more relatives to my tree and as a result have had a lot of "hot Matches" added. Problem is when I click on "view" to these new matches the page just goes back to the Matches list, not letting me look at the relative match. This does not happen if I click "view" on a person match I have had prior contact with. |
