HELP! surnames to enter, married or maiden?

Maiden name only you should never use the married name it would get very confusing, even if you don't know the maiden name don't use married name. |

I put the maiden names in, as that is the given name when they were born (therefore on birth and marriage records) Through the marriage, it will be seen as having taken the husband's name, and that is the name which will be on the death certificate. |
