still getting problems

I too can't get into my hot matches still, except through discarded matches which shows the same list for some reason/ I also notice I seem to have lost pages of hot matches without even viewing them.
I too feel a refund is in order this is going on for far too long.

Its odd how some of you have problems with hot matches and some of us don't. The site was down for about 20 mins.......so no improvment on that score then.
It is also odd that this thread states it has received no replies!! :-S

GR sent me an email to tell me hot matches are available. It's gone half ten and I thought I'd have a look to see if they had fixed the problem with viewing them. But no. Still get the same list back up after clicking on a potential hot match .

For now, try accessing Hot Matches though the discarded matches box - someone else's idea but a good one as they all seem to be there.

I have sent two messages re not being able to open Hot Matches. One reply, obviously a standard letter and I replied yesterday early morning. Also pointed out that I had earlier this year decided to upgrade to Platinum status....no worth having with so many failures from GR so want a refund or several months free.

Waiting for reply, it is simply not good a enough service. I never used to hsve these problems......what is HAPPENING WHEN WILL IT BE RESOLVED?!

come on GR......STILL NO HOME PAGE.....STILL NOT ABLE TO OPEN HOT MATCHES......could build a new system in time taking to sort this...maybe get some advice from ancestry .com
