Am a Platinum Member and have been denied access to this census unless I pay subscription. Why has this happened and is any other member having the same problem?

I'm only a standard member but guess this issue is likely to be coupled to the problems GR are currently having. Have you contacted them through 'support'?

Thanks for your response. I'm a relatively new member so put this question on for advice as I didn't know how to contact 'them' How do I access support please?

Sorry, I was searching for it...

Click on 'help' (far right on the dark bar above)
Select 'contact us' from the dropdown menu and you will have a new page with support info.

hi lynn, i am also a platinum member, but i have just tried and accessed 1891 without any problems. you will or should be able to access all census free and unlimited times as i can.

there have been a few glitches recently, so i would just keep trying. at the top of your page on the right, does it say your name and what member you are? if not go into my account and check that you have full membership.

Thank you Florence61 and 'Crumbling Cookie' for the advice and will act on it. Am not very technical but will have a go. Today, got into 1891, but denied access to 1881! Genes Support now on the case too. I very much appreciate you taking the time to respond.
