Joyce got her flowers this morning and is over the moon with them, she asked me to thank you all for them as she can't get onto GR for last couple of weeks. Roses are her favourite flowers and she said they look beautiful in the middle of her table.

Caz thanks for putting this up for Joyce. Joyce rang me this afternoon, and as you say she is over the moon with them. It's nice that we have all been able to do something nice for Joyce, as she has done for so many others in the past.

Pleased to hear your good news from the hospital on Wednesday. Hope that Phil is getting better, and that they are managing to sort out his Warfarin.

I have a text from Joyce saying she is thrilled but says I am getting too good at keeping secrets lol

She says she never had a clue - must be getting old says she! I am sure the flowers gave her such a boost and glad I asked Jude to help as I was away and couldn't do anything. I know she loves red so the flowers will look great with her decor. Thanks so much Jude and everyone.

Caz, I too am really pleased with your good news and hope Phil got his injection ok and is feeling better each day.

I'll be speaking to her in the morning Jude and will tell her, she was feeling very down with the pneumonia and this cough so they really made a difference to her.
Liz she told me she never suspected a thing, lol, it's good that we could 'get her' and she hadn't a clue. Sally Philip has had his last injection so the nurses don't need to come anymore, he is getting stronger each day but still weak, it has certainly taken it out of him. I am thrilled to bits that I don't need chemo for the time being, maybe my hair will stop falling out, it's getting very thin now. The best bit is no more hospital visits for a while, they were really hard and took all my energy.
