Kay, thought the more you had in it the better it worked, perhaps i'm wrong. not sure about insurance, have to look into that at a later date, will have to go out in the morning & try & get a new one off the shelf, trouble is not many places have stock actually for sale to take away. |

Are you sure Kay isn't right, maybe you put too much fresh stuff in at once. Do you have neighbours who can help with taking some of the frozen stuff? |

i will allways remember last winter,in a matter of 5days, my washing machine,hoover,central heating and the power shower all packed in.but i was lucky to have insurance for the washing machine and central heating,but it was wks before they were fixed.x :-D |

well they do say that if your freezer has a lot of empty space you should fill it up with newspaper, so I donlt think overfilling is a problem |
