One thing that p-----is me off is ringing a bank or business to hear five options press this press that takes a few minutes you get the right dept to be told the office is now closed and this has cost a small fortune to find this out

or there isn't an option that meets your requirements arhhhh

Or........

You ring the number given on a letter and get an automated request for your telephone security code which

a) You never had
b) It's buried in a folder somewhere
c) You have a general enquiry and they don't need to access your account.

Grrrrr :-(

Even worse, when you finally get to speak to someone & they promise to ring you back.
You wait 2 or3 hours & nothing happens, so you ring again & find yourself talking to a totally different person in a different office.
So you go through the whole story again & they promise to ring you back!!!!
Deja vu or what.
