I havent used genes for a while but had data on there I was using ancestry but subscribed to genes this week and
tried to import the information from my ancestry tree file now cant view any relatives on genes says they are there but wont show
up

Can anyone help me PLEASE

Your tree may be opening in a new window Nadine, check there isn't another window opening when you go to open your tree, hidden behind the one you're viewing now.
