I need to be specific naming the programs. If it irks anyone please say so and I will remove the thread. No malice intended toward any product, just a major hassle and I was wondering if anyone had solved the problem |

Sorry can't help. I have a year old HP PC with Win7 but have family tree maker which doesn't appear to cause problems. |

Yes we downloaded all the Legacy info on the subject. It is very specific that the program will run with Win 7. However there are installation tips, specific to Win 7 which have been followed, to no avail. |
