Help 1901 census

Hi

Can any one help since i have upgraded to a Platinum member i can not access the 1901 census for some reason it says i need to down load Adobe but i already have it but even if i try to downlead it again it says it is already installed so either way i still can not see the 1901 census.

It might be that GR is undergoing maintanence (AGAIN) at the moment. Give it another go later today........and see how it goes.

In the meantime, what census are you looking for?

It might be an idea to contact support and tell them which version of Adobe you are using.

The link is under 'Help' on the Home Page.

Hope you can get it sorted soon

Thanks, i have other research to be getting on with at the mo so dont worry about looking on the census but if i still have problems tomorrow who should i contact.

Click on "Help" at the top of this page..........on the dark green bar and on the menu it says......."Contact Us".
