I have had one for several years. I have put on weight over the past couple of years but never thought it was cos of the coli. At 52 I expect to get a bit fatter. |

I had the same coil for 5 years and it didn't make any difference to my weight. I was already overweight. lol |

It's not the fitting that hurt me it was the removal !! Second one went in no problem |
