i gave up in may iv done better giveing up smokeing than i have being on a diet

i did go though i little fraze of eating every think in sight but carmed down now

not the rate he is eating them lol, but ive never heard of lung cancer from choc ices, well not yet anyway xx

I am not suggesting you should do this but it is far more pleasant to kiss a man who has just eaten a choc-ice than it is to kiss one who has just smoked a cigarette.

My OH. Mr K. gave up smoking 30 years ago.

We went from smoking to eating 5 packs of Polo's a day.

Needless to say he put on weight.

We weaned him off the Polos, onto chewing gum.

Now he is minty fresh.
