I thought the whole idea of using the GR community was to establish family links.
On so many occasions I have contacted somebody as a result of a hot match but receive no reply...it drives me crazy!

People use it as they wish really, given that they pay to. We all have sent messages to the 'missing link' lol and it is frustrating not to hear back.

Hot matches anyway are notoriously unsound, I rarely use them because ( up till recently) they matched someone born in Ireland with someone same name born in the US or Aus'. Much easier and quicker to do the looking myself.
