I know what you mean Rose, the real timeless pop classics. Sadly there are few around these days, nothing to do with age. I like a lot of the stuff that is around today, but I can't see them sounding anything but 'old and outdated' in 30 years time. That cannot be said about Queen, Beatles, The Who, The Stones, or even going back further, the likes of Buddy Holly, and Elvis. |

Sorry Rose but I think it is an age thing ;-) as I well remember when I played Elvis on the 'gramophone' lol my dear Dad telling me " he's rubbish and not as good as from my era, Bing Crosby will still be remembered long after Elvis he won't last"... |
