	Hello Margaret, when you look at your' sent messages' is the envelope showing as open ( white) or closed ( purple) ? If it is still closed it usually means the person is no longer a member of GR, and it's likely GR does not have a current email address to notify them that they have a message waiting.

	Hi Margaret, it is possible that she may re-subscribe to GR at some point, lots do when they have new impetus. Otherwise you could look and see if there are any trees on Ancestry with the name in...sometimes people start off here and move over there for more research. I think we have all had this situation, very frustrating to 'find' someone and not be able to get any further! :-)
