Could anyone help me, I would like to view photos on my sister's tree but am unable to access them, and she is unable to see mine, is there something we can do to see each others pictures of other family members? Thank you. Susan.

Presumably you have given each other access?

Obviously you have subscribed, but has she? Free members can't see the trees of other members.

If the answer to the above questions is Yes, then it might be worth contacting GR using the link from the Help drop down box.

The only other way is to email the the photos to each other, or put them on a website such as FB (make sure you use the highest level of security that you can). There are sites specifically for uploading photos and then sending the link to the people you want to view them, but someone else would have to tell you how that works ;-)

Thank you for replying, yes we have given each other access. We are both subscribed members. We both use the other site but particularly enjoy using GR for our family research, as we live a long way apart it is a way to keep in touch. I will contact GR on the Help menu.
