Yes to all of these replies. It is just a job which, whoever is employed, must do to the best of their abilities. I understand that if a defendant admits their guilt to their lawyer then he or she cannot represent them - in other words there must be a possibility of innocence.

How can people such as Solicitors, Lawyers, Baristers represent those people who are obviously guilty of their crimes....
