yes penny luckily he has but if you can show that your not in it more than 28days in a row there are a few loop holes.

thats sad dizzi, yes he would have tonchange the land to residentiol, but the farmer is allowed to let staff live on the farm.

DIZZI

ahh shame he couldnt plead with the council ateotd its eco, he could compost his doodies buy a water filter , get some solar pannels, the council want us to cut down our carbon foot print and refuse people to live practically of the grid, guess they would loose to much money if we all did it. xx
just thought bet if he told them school children on a organised school trip could visit eco living ot would be a different matter,
dizzie, do u want me to do some personal delving ive quite a few contacts now that have been really helpfull.

badger

badger Report 28 Jul 2011 11:17

So there is no need to worry about it yurt a while.but it does sound interesting.
As far as i am aware ,a yurt is not classed as a permanent structure and you do not have to get permission to erect it ,and anyway ,you can always shift it a few metres once in a while to get round any problems.
Sounds like a really interesting project ,but i hope you don't go too far ,lol, the council may object if yaks suddenly appear on your land Fred. :-)

It's the mongol hordes, whatever they might be, that really would worry them. All that sacking and marauding!
