I am upstairs and have just seen the old man go rolling out the gate with his hat on.I haven't seen him come back in and nor can I see him anywhere.

Must have run away to find a good home!

I am not having a sat nav fitted to his wheelchair.

He was a lorry driver all his working life. Probably gone up the road to see if a transport cafe has miraculously sprung up over night!

He's rolled back with the usual offerings i:e nothing for me.

Come home, had a roll and a cup of tea. Now he is out to play with his mate.

Carers have been in and put him to bed. Just for a while I know where he is and what he is up to. Don't know what he is thinking up though.
