Got a new contract couple of months ago, which included free insurance for 3 months....l told the chap l did'nt really want it free or not, but he said it came with the deal and to cancel it before the due date. l asked him to write that date on the back of the contract printout he gave me........which said 25th August!! checked myaccount online to find it was taken our 26th of this month....OFF'T OUT NOW TO SEE THIS MAN!!!!!!

Got back about half hr ago, having stopped off at Wetherspoons for lunch:o)

Spoke to a girl in shop,then went to bank to cancel direct debit, have a number now to phone to canel insurance.....grrrrr they are all so crafty. The manager in the bank said he gets these all the time...people cancelling insurance direct debits!!

Just tried the number and it was unobtainable...l wonder why...lol so l looked the 0845 number (Fonecare) up and guess what ?? they have had quite a few complaints, one bank is checking it out for fraud!!! l then rang the local shop, told him all about it and that l won't be going there again.
