Trying to edit my Account profile without sucess: every time I hit the save button I get a error message:
GR said it is not them maybe my PC has cached the old page and will not now accept the new page:

Any one know what to do Help Please

I have the same problem as Raymond, having been trying for some days to edit my particulars and getting the error message - and I do frequently disc cleanup

Thank you I have cleared my browsing history, and I do clean up on a regular basis:, my Temp Files etc

Elizabeth have you complained to Gr? as I did

Just a thought, it might be to do with the fact that some of the data on your page is no longer valid. Message Board Name is the favourite culprit for this as certain characters including spaces are no longer permitted.

What exactly are you trying to change?

I have just sent a complaint to GR - all I wanted to do was add the names of the families I am researching. Hope they can clear this up.

It should be O'K' now I have managed to change mine, I found that it would only change one item at a time:

I tried the "one item at a time" and it worked! Many thanks, as I had another oddment I wanted to change.

I haven't had an answer from GR yet - didn't expect one over the weekend - but if and when I get one I'll refer them to this.

I had a reply promptly this morning offering to put the names in for me - I replied saying that thanks to Mumbles' efforts on this thread I had been able to modify it - reply saying she will pass it on to their techies to see if this could be added to the account profile instructions
