	I found out who lived in my house before me at the local town hall, also if it is a house which has always been a private home then you maybe able to find out who lived there from the time it was built. I now have a complete up to date history.of my home in Frinton on sea Essex. I aim to do the same for all the houses I have lived in Good luck Bridget in Spain 22.47 hrs

You would have to go to your local library to see the Electoral Registers & Street Directories to see who lived in your house. A search of local newspapers might help too.
