It’s been proved that smiling is good for you! When you smile or laugh, your level of infection-fighting white blood T cells rise, so immune function improves as well. Also, when you smile, there‘s a measurable reduction in your blood pressure. Smiling also releases endorphins, and serotonin, which are natural pain killers. Smiling is not only good for YOU - it’s good for those you smile at! Remember when you next smile at a stranger in the supermarket, not only are you making them feel better, you’re doing yourself a favour as well!
