I have to say a big thank you to my two Kiwi pals for the surprise parcel that arrived yesterday, in which was an early birthday gift of two gorgeous necklaces, one with a lovely stylish silver and purple pendant on and one with a beautiful pendant of Paua shell. They are both so pretty and I will wear them often, be sure of that. In fact the purple pendant will be my trademark jewellery for future meets, as I always try to wear something purple to identify myself.

I guess the necklaces were purchased when you met up together and went shopping, You are very naughty but very nice, it's lovely to think I was sort of with you on that day.

It's not easy to put in words how thrilled I am with the gifts and the interesting card enclosed, I hope you won't mind that I use them before July - can't wait to show them off.

Fingers crossed for the euromillions draw tonight - I will be booking tickets pdq if my numbers come up.

Yes, I hope you have a big win tonight. I would love to see you out here in New Zealand. There is so much to see as you will realise from the calendars you have had. And of course if you have looked at photos on my FB page or on my blogs. We are a wee bit different from England, although there are some parts of England that are a bit like NZ. I loved all your ancient bridges and buildings/ruins.

Hi Elaine, yes thanks I am doing ok but still suffer awful fatigue, doctors are doing more tests etc.

I noticed you are going to meet Dutch and co, have a great time, I know you will enjoy yourself as I have done at the meets. Wish I could make this one but o.h. too busy to take time off work (he works Saturdays too)

No luck again with the lottery, someone was lucky on Friday and gots loads of money, shame it wasn't me!

If I won the lottery last night (in NZ) I would come over there and take you to the meet and bring you back to NZ with me, Liz. How does that sound? Except that I would have to get a passport first, so might be too late to get to the meet :-(

A chaffeured limo to go would be grand, wouldnt it, Liz ;-)

Would be lovely Huia, but hey we could organise a host of meets and bus everyone in if we were rich lol

I will try and dream up some money, maybe one of my few premium bonds will do the business.

Hi Persie and Huia glad Liz like her present ,i have gout one in my left angle had to go the hospital as could,nt put foot on floor,and yesterday got gout in my right big toe foot is swollen been the docter and he has give me tablets,ask him if it was ok to fly he said yes ,but i tell you its realy painful hope to talk to you Liz before i leave take care loverly ladys
